Lakshitha Wijerathne earned his BSc degree from the University of Kelaniya.He is one of the co-founders of Noble Vision institute. He has been a lecturer of the Cambridge curriculum from 2011 with a specialty in Chemistry and Physics. As a result of his strong presence in the Cambridge Education field as a lecturer and management personality, he has become one of the most sought-after consultants in the field. His ability to propose the subject combinations to suite the most demanding professions has helped many students to achieve the next level in their academics.He possesses unique knowledge and understanding of student placements, thereby guides his students in their academic pursuits abroad.Group Managing Director - Ruwan Jayasooriya (DTM- USA, MBA- OUSL, MITD-SL, DBF & DCM - OBSL)
Ruwan Jaysooriya holds senior management level experience in Banking and Finance, Human Resource & Talent Management, Administration and Training fields. He served in two leading commercial Banks in Sri Lanka; Seylan Bank and DFCC Bank. He was instrumental in establishing a new Co-operative Bank, Sri Lanka Citizens Co-operative Bank Ltd. He is also the former training consultant of International Training Institute of Irrigation and Water Management - Kothmale (KITI-IWM) and Co- designer and facilitator of Training of Trainers Module conducted by KITI-IWM. He is the Founder of Broadway Business Consultants and Broadway Leadership Academy; firms dedicated for cultural improvement in organizations, building dynamic teams and transforming individuals to become influential leaders. He was a guest lecturer on Strategic Change, Business Strategies & Decision Making and Strategic Stakeholder Relationships for Higher Diploma in Business Management – ABE, UK. Ruwan is a Business Consultant specially in Finance and Operations Management, sharing his vast experienced gained while serving as a frontline Banker. He is a member of Charted Institute of Professional Managers (SL), Member of Institute of Sri Lanka Training and Development and an Associate Member of Institute of Bankers of Sri Lanka. He is a council member of Sri Lanka of Institute Training and Development (SLITAD) Ruwan is a Distinguished Toastmaster and served in many leadership positions from club level to District level including the Area Director, Division Director, District Assistant Chief Judge District and District Finance Manager.Executive Director - Ms Nayana Hemachandra (ABCC, IABF)
Nayana Hemachandra is a Certified Student Migration Counselor and extends her expertise in the student migration sector. She has over 22 years of dedicated service within the banking industry as well. Nayana Hemachandra is a former Branch Manager of Seylan Bank PLC.She holds qualifications from the Institute of Bankers of Sri Lanka and Sri Lanka Institute of Credit Management. In addition to her extensive practical experience, she has obtained the knowledge necessary for the task by qualifying as a certified counsellor courses for Australia, The United Kingdom and Canada. Nayana Hemachandra emerges as a multifaceted professional with a rich background in banking and a forward-looking approach, evident in her venture into the student migration sector. Chamin Athauda earned his MA (Marketing & Innovation) from Anglia Ruskin University – Cambridge, England, PGDM (Business Studies) London and BSc (Biology) from University of Kelaniya. He worked as an Operational Manager in the third largest Cinema Chain in the UK – Vue Entertainment – Fulham Broadway, London. Apart from being a Director of the institute, Chamin is working as the main English Language Lecturer. The uniqueness of his educational program is, his teaching always which encourageparticipants to apply the language knowledge they already possess and boost confidence to use the language effectively through theoretical knowledge provided incorporating practical sessions.
